Dell Oliver
Assistant Vice President – Executive Development

Dell is the Assistant Vice President of the Executive Development Programs and the Director of the Chief Nursing Officer Development program. Dell relocated to HCA corporate office in Nashville in 2005 after being with the company since 1991. She has served in roles from bedside nursing to leadership including that of Chief Nursing Officer with HCA. She has over 25 years of nursing experience in many diverse areas of nursing including bedside nursing, insurance case management, public health, home health, and nursing administration. She is a native Alabamian and attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. She is a Crimson Tide loyalist! Dell completed her MBA and MSN through University of Phoenix. Her hobbies include professional cake decorating, amateur racecar driving and watching movies.

Shana Jordan
Associate Executive Recruiter

Shana is the recruiter for the Executive Development Programs. Shana joined HCA in 1997 and has spent time in several areas within corporate Human Resources. She resides in Fairview, TN with her two children Mike and Ashley.

Michelle Lopez
Administrative Assistant – Executive Development

Michelle Lopez joined the Executive Development team as Administrative Assistant in Nov. 2007. She previously worked in Human Resources in healthcare for a total of 4 years. She has also worked in the Hospitality Industry for the past 3 years, 1 ˝ years in a supervisory role.
