The application process for HCA’s Executive Development program consists of five phases that typically begin in the fourth quarter of every calendar year, and concludes late in the first quarter, or early in the second quarter of the following year. The fifth and final phase is the point at which the selected candidates are extended formal offers and facility assignments. Only selected candidates advance from one phase to the next. All candidates are updated on their application status throughout the process.
Submit an online application with an attached résumé. Two references with email addresses must be attached to the résumé from leaders who can attest to your leadership experiences.
Applicants’ references will be asked to complete a Leadership Potential Assessment.
A member of the Executive Development team interviews applicants by video conference.
Applications are scheduled for a panel review at HCA’s corporate offices in Nashville. Executive Recruitment staff initiates final jobs offers to selected applicants.
